Our executives

Andrew Klein


Andy is our founder, chairman and CEO. He previously started Wit Capital (the first Internet investment bank) and Spotzer Media (a leading provider of digital marketing solutions to SMBs.) He also co-founded hedge fund investor Skybridge Capital and sustainable infrastructure investor Ultra Capital. Andy also founded microbrewery Spring Street Brewing Co. after working for six years as a securities lawyer at Cravath, Swaine and Moore. He began his career clerking on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals after graduating from Harvard Law School.

Daan Snijders


Daan owns the roadmap of our platform and services. He brings to Reynen Court 25 years of experience managing enterprise software at scale. Most recently, he led 600+ product managers and engineers at Infor, the third largest enterprise software group and a business uniquely focused on vertical, industry specific solutions. In 1995 Daan joined enterprise software vendor Baan which was acquired by SSA Global in 2003 and then by Infor in 2006. Daan has an MBA from Twente and a BA in Industrial Engineering.

Priyadarshi Lahiri


Priyo is the architect of our technology and manages development and testing. Prior to joining Reynen Court, he was Chief Technology Officer at EdGE Networks, a venture backed workforce management platform leveraging NLP, DL and AI since 2012. He is passionate about emerging technologies, distributed computing, containers and microservices and has considerable experience with cloud native architecture and infrastructure as well as enterprise grade security and data protection. Priyo is a graduate of Calcutta University.

Lodewijk Bonebakker


Lodewijk (aka Bones) drives our contribution to legal industry transformation. He has 18 years deep technology design and analysis experience (Sun Microsystems, Optiver and IMC) and has spent more than 5 years managing innovation processes and bringing new products to market (Sun, IMC and ING) and another five years in executive technology management. Bones has a PhD in Computer Science from Delft University.

James Raquepau


James manages our vendor network and guides all application on-boarding. Since 2008 he has managed vendor alliances and subscription products for the leading cloud services automation platform, which now is part of Ingram Micro following its acquisition of the business formerly known as Odin. James started his career as a technical director and partnership manager for major hardware and software groups. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University.

Rhonda Jenkins


Rhonda (aka RJ) is responsible for customer deployments and change management. She has more than 20 years’ experience working with law firms to optimize practices and implement right-sized technology solutions that help lawyers serve clients more efficiently. She was the co-founder of Legal Web Technologies LLC, where she specialized in developing collaboration systems for the legal and insurance industries. RJ also specialized in business process improvement for the insurance and financial services industries while at Navigant Consulting, Inc. Most recently, she served as the North America Head of Business Transformation for Clyde & Co, where she led and managed transformation, innovation and modernization initiatives for a UK-based law firm with more than 50 offices worldwide.

Christian Lang


Christian is responsible for understanding and analyzing available legal technology applications and bringing application vendors together with the law firms using our platform. He was a corporate lawyer at Davis Polk in New York (M&A) and London (General Corporate) before leaving practice to immerse himself in the world of legal innovation, where he founded the NY Legal Tech Meetup and several legal tech- and lawyer training-related media projects. A former non-profit founder, bike tour guide of Paris, and political campaign worker, Christian began his legal career clerking on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals after graduating from New York University Law School.

Rich Rifkin


Rich is responsible for our relationships with law firms and legal departments. He has more than 25 years’ experience in enterprise software sales, primarily focused on the legal and professional services markets. Most recently, Rich held senior sales positions at Thomson Reuters, including Director of Front Office Sales for a suite of Elite products (2013 to 2019), Director of Global Sales for a suite of Business Development and Marketing products (2010 to 2013) and Vice President of Sales for Contact Networks (2006 to 2010). Previously, Rich worked at Hummingbird/Open Text and Intrafed, Wang and the US State Department. He is a graduate of University of Maryland.

Non-Executive Directors

Tom Glocer

Tom is a world-class CEO and director and accomplished technology investor. He served as CEO of Thomson Reuters from 2001 to 2011. Currently he is Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Blue Voyant, a cyber security defense and APT monitoring company launched in 2017. He is also a board member at Morgan Stanley, Merck & Co, Publicis Groupe and K2 Intelligence as well as Co-Founder and Partner at Communitas Partners, an early stage venture fund, and Founding Partner at Angelic Ventures and Executive Chairman at Capitolis Inc., a fintech platform. Tom started his career as a Davis Polk associate. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a graduate of Yale Law School.


Marcel is a highly accomplished software engineer. Since 2002 he has worked at Google where he is currently on the GO team in Zurich. Previously he served as Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead Manager across a variety of new technologies and projects at Google. He was also involved in the original design of Borg, Google’s internal container orchestration technology and the predecessor to Kubernetes. Marcel has a PhD in Computer Science from Delft University.

Paul Greenwood

Paul is the Chief Information Officer of Clifford Chance, one of the world’s pre-eminent law firms with significant depth and range of resources across five continents.  He is responsible for all of the firm’s technology and information management globally.  He began his career as an analyst and held senior roles at Research Associates, and McKinsey & Company, the strategy consultancy.  Paul is also a member of the governing Council of the Open University, which is the UK’s largest higher education institution.

Kenneth Heaps

Ken is the Chief Information Officer of Latham & Watkins, an elite and innovative global law firm with 2,600+ attorneys in more than 30 offices worldwide. He is responsible for the firm’s worldwide technology and voice & video communications strategy, platforming and support, information governance, practice support services, emerging technologies, eDiscovery, cyber and physical security, and AI. Before joining Latham in 1994, Mr. Heaps was the Chief Operating Officer for Computer Network Systems, specializing in technology infrastructure architecture and design, large scale systems integration, data communications, platform implementations, and operational support strategies. Mr. Heaps was also a member of the Microsoft Advisory Board – Network Products and consulted with various venture funds on new technology startup opportunities.
