Brian is a part of the Customer Success Team, responsible for Implementation and Support. He has 10+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Architecture, Support, Service Delivery & Management. He was the co-founder of a Middle East based IT Services company, where he helped customers to optimise their IT Service Delivery process by implementing Service Management best practices through ITIL framework. Most recently, he served as the Middle East Regional IT Support Team Leader for Clyde & Co, a UK-based law firm with more than 50 offices worldwide. He has a MSc in Computer Network Management from Middlesex University London.
